CARE GUIDE

Caring for your polymer clay jewellery.

  • Keep away from water, don’t wear your jewellery in the shower or when swimming.

  • If your jewellery becomes dirty you can give it a gentle clean with a damp cloth or baby wipe.

  • Avoid wearing your jewellery while spraying hairspray, perfume or deodorant and keep away from harsh chemicals.

  • Keep resin Jewellery away from direct sunlight, prolonged exposure will cause your jewellery to become discoloured.

  • I recommend storing your jewellery in a box in a cool dry condition to avoid scratches and sunlight.

Caring for your silver jewellery.

  • To keep your jewellery looking good as new simply give it a gentle polish with a silver polishing cloth and every now and then soak it in silver polish.

  • If your piece contains gold leaf details do not use any liquid polish, only use a silver polishing cloth avoiding the gold leaf areas.

  • For wire bead jewellery, soak in silver polish and gently brush with a small stiff bristled brush. Rinse with water then dry and buff with a silver polishing cloth.

  • I recommend storing your jewellery in its box in cool dry conditions to avoid tarnishing.
